Duties: creating strategy of development and maintenance for network and IT, monitoring of key telco and IT projects (including CRM and IT Data Center Consolidation), analysis and recommendations for CTO in TP S.A. and for France Telecom.
Projects: Implementation of Technology budget process including long term strategy planning for TP Group and France Telecom; Audit of Paytel - part of TP Group.
08.2003 – 12.2004: Business Sales Division, Sales Development / Project Manager.
Duties: recommendation of sales development; project delivery as a tool for implementation of proposed changes.
Projects: Development of indirect business sales channel in TP, increasing share of indirect sales channel in total business sales over five times; Definition of rules for giving off IT support from TP and creating external company with over 10% net income (“Chopin” project).
02.2003 – 07.2003: TP Group Strategic Planning Department, Business Structure Project Manager.
Duties: recommendation of organizational development and implementation of changes.
Projects: Accomplishment of approval for three years strategy of Network Branch defined based on newest telecommunication standards (eTOM); Creation of Strategic Projects Delivery Department for efficient sales support of key account sales channel of TP (for accounts CEPiK, Tetra, etc.).

Duties: definition of strategy and marketing offer development. Key accounts sales. Cooperation with telecommunication operators and IT companies. Convergent solutions integrated wired and wireless technologies Internal Development Projects.
Projects: Change of service supplier from Teleglobe in Poland to Global Crossing in Germany (perational expenses decreased by 30% and new marketing offer created); Creation of Key Account Department (new contracts value over one million zloties per year with companies like Citibank or TVP S.A.); Development of frame agreements with telecommunication companies (TP, Netia, Dialog, Energis, NASK, Telia, Colt, Global Crossing, etc.).

03.2000 – 03.2002: 3Com Poland, Business Development Manager, Customer Services & Solutions (CS&S) Eastern Europe.
Duties: Managing CS&S organization in Eastern Europe – sales revenue, strategy, relationships with partners, presenting and delivering solutions.
Achievements: Increase of revenue of CS&S organization in Eastern Europe by 50%; Signing of global service agreements with distributors in Eastern Europe.
Project: Implementation of Authorized Technical Education Center in Eastern Europe;
10.1997 – 02.2000: 3Com Poland, Network Consultant & Trainer in Eastern Europe;
Duties: coordination for Customer Service delivery in Eastern Europe; services, projects, marketing presentations and training courses delivery.
Achievements: Increased delivery of telecommunication and IT projects for companies like Microsoft, HP, Siemens, Amica, JMD, Tesco, Thomson, MOL and government institutions.
Projects: Implementation of the first 3Com technical education center in Eastern Europe; Implementation of Remote Access solution in Microsoft offices.
04.1996 – 09.1997: 3Com Czech Republic, first post-sales engineer in Eastern Europe;
Achievements: Development of Customer Service Organization in Eastern Europe.
Project: Establishing of the first 3Com post-sales laboratory in Eastern Europe.
