Area Sales Manager
Key tasks:
- Efficient management of the sales of gas turbines and services (long-term technical support and turbine conservation) on the international environment. Currently, cooperation with national business partners and from around the world. Earlier with clients located in the Middle East: mainly Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. The completed projects concerned works on offshore platforms on the Arabian Sea and big local overhaul on gas turbine (Yamaha, SPCC, APC, SPC and Rabigh).
- Execution of sales projects on a national and international market.
- Business analysis of the client’s needs. Creation of sales strategy adjusted to the contractor’s specificity and potential. Creation and presentation of the commercial offer. Project cost management. Permanent contact with interdisciplinary teams till implementation of the project.
- Representing the company in contacts with key business accounts – leaders of the heating, energy, oil-burning, stationery sector and many other. Shaping positive relations with clients and their further development. Extension of the Siemens service portfolio.
- Sourcing new business partners to cooperation.
- Agreement on cooperation conditions with business partners. Commercial negotiations basing on the win-win strategy. Preparation of long-term contracts. Cooperation with the managerial staff on the highest decisive level.
- Creation and execution of short and long-term sales strategies and developmental strategies. Adjusting the strategy to the potential of every client.
- Creation of budgets and sales plans. Execution of targets on the assumed level.
- Focus on development of business and market shares in long-term plans.
- Taking actions aimed at sales maximization including exemplary cooperation with the company contractors, analysis of the competition stock and stock of his own company.
- Participation in internal seminars, interdepartmental meetings aimed at optimization and continuous improvement of the undertaken activities. Reporting ideas and recommendations.
- Verification of market and client potential.
- Competition monitoring.

I am a manager experienced in sales, budget and project management.
