Main activities:
• Performing Data Center operations (computing and non-computing processes) and customer technical support,
• Administering DC network and system infrastructure components including switches, routers, firewalls, and servers,
• Integrating physical networks with SDNs (VMware NSX),
• Configuring and administering monitoring apps and network services (DNS, DHCP, NTP, AAA, LB, and VPN),

• Designing, implementing, testing, deploying, maintaining and troubleshooting Unified communication systems, creating technical documentation, providing end-users with manuals and trainings,
• Extending IP telephony across Naspers enterprise (~1400 Cisco IP phones in 7 locations),
• Providing Contact Center services for leading Polish internet platforms such as PayU, Agito, Sendit, otoMoto, and otoDom (IVR scripts, voice prompts, wallboards, stats & reports).
Key achievements:
• Deployment of two Data Centers in PL and DE (design of cabinet setup, and OOB management network, servers and appliances physical installation, and configuration),
• Design and Implementation of hub-and-spoke IPsec VPN network for Allegro Group branch offices in CEE,
• Deployment of „Teleport” - the Naspers videoconferencing system (~40 Cisco Telepresence endpoints in 10 countries, hundreds of PC, Mac and mobile clients, custom web portal for scheduling meetings),
• Design of network setup and implementation of security policies for Ms Lync 2013 platform,
• Deployment of Calabrio ONE - the VoIP recording solution for Call Center.
