ITCC Transport Network Expert
I have been choosen and delegated to work only with the UEFA. I cooperated with the UEFA staff to deliver and maintenance services for the EURO2012 event from technical and procedural side.
My main responsibilities:
- Maintenaning and managing the transport network and services for the UEFA
- Delivering video and audio signals from all stadiums to TV Broadcast center during EURO 2012
- Performing proper action to remove failures and provide high quality services
- Defining requirements, preparing checklists and other needed activities/procedures to check readiness to operate before each one match
- Rerouting and reconfiguration network to be able to deliver signal from proper stadiums to the broadcast centre
- Cooperating with various international teams and companies participating in the Event.
- Preparing and testing, a crucial from the Event point of view, incident management process covering the Event scope.

Global Network Operations Center Europe (GNOCe)
Project goal is to build one global networks operations center and provide supervision and maintenance services for all Orange Group European telecom operators based on defined processes and KPI's. My main responsibility was to adapt and organize Front Office team, deliver and test all required processes.

- Delivering required solution and services commonly with Ukrtelecom (Ukrainian partner)
- Managing transport network services during S&O phase including crisis management
- Keeping SLA for all crucial services.
ICT UEFA EURO2012
Project goal was to provide a technical solution and high quality services in all aspects required by UEFA for EURO2012 Cup.
My main responsibility was to deliver transport network services for UEFA: Video& Audio signal and commentary circiuts from all stadiums to the International Broadcasting Centre. Additionally I personally cared about them during the cup.
