* Providing oral and written translation of documents, minutes, meetings
* Business trips arrangement (visas, hotels, transportation) for the employees of the department;
monitoring their vacations, sick leaves, etc. and reporting to HR Department and Accountancy
* Maintaining the timetable of the Head, realizing different tasks upon request
* Distribution of documents to the proper receiver (including incoming and outgoing
correspondence, as well registering of this correspondence)
* Finding and analyzing information upon request
* Controlling the realization of the tasks of the department
* Preparation of monthly/quarter/year reports; consolidating the information regarding the
activity of the department

* Translation of technical texts, official documents, etc. on demand

* Facilitating the activity of the office, front-desk services, meeting arrangements, database
maintenance, travel arrangements, hotel bookings, visas, maintenance of incoming and outgoing
correspondence and calls, etc. ;
* Translator (contracts, business correspondence, articles for corporate newspaper);
* Assistant of Communications Department (managing the content of company's website,
organizing events, other support to CD);

* Teacher of English and German. Teacher of the Theory and Practice of Translation (English);
* Assistant to the Professor (assisting in workshops (Rhetoric, Theory and practice of communication, Philosophy, Psychology of Personality, History of Television, History of Applied Arts, etc.));
* Translator (syllabus assignments, manuals: «Rhetoric» and «Theory and practice of communication»)

* Translation of contracts, construction estimates from/into English, German.
