Lead the team for effective management of store operation in receiving inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of items as per company policy.
• Plan, implement & utilize optimum use of space.
• Lead, motivate and develop the total work force
• Supervise all types of FG, RM, consumable & packaging materials & follow up incoming & delivery or dispatch of them as per SOP.
• Prepare stock reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
• Supervise & check MRR, SRR, Register Books, Gate Pass, and Invoice & Packing Lists.
• Maintain uninterrupted supply of raw materials, components and finished products.
• Ensure proper management of identifying & segregation of crush & virgin materials.
• Ensure proper storage of products to assure quality as per ISO requirement.
• Plan, develop and continuous improvement in all activities of warehouse/Store process.
