· Supervising if utilities and facilities of building (cooling system, Medium Voltage Supply, transformers MV/LV)
· Active participation in Plant and production process start up (from the beginning);
· Writing the specifications for new equipment, machines and manufacturing systems for production and assembling plastic parts for automotive industry;
· Maintenance procedures, instruction and form preparing in accordance to ISO TS 16949;
· Graphs preparing of maintenance indicators, (MTTR, MTBF …)
· ABB robots programming with IRC5 controller;
· Staubli painting robots programming;
· Analyzing of the machines failures;
· Managing (Supervising ) dedicated to task peoples;

· Investments projects managements;
· Writing the specifications for new equipment and machines;
· Preparing the schedule of working time for implementation new projects;
· external companies work coordination;
· Realize precommissionings and commissionings for machines;

Participation in precommissionings and commissionings individually machines.
