o Managing 3 shifts production on injection, assembly, work-in-progress,
and polishing area
o Managing 80 (target is 100) team members including 3 process
engineers, 6 maintenance members, 3 shifts supervisors
o Preparation production plan based on customer demand and stock
requirement
o Cooperation with Supply chain manager to fulfill all shipments
requirements
o Cooperation with Product Development department during new product
implementation (from early industrialization stage up to SOP)
o Assuring production is running within ISO TS16949, ISO14001
o Participation PPAP of products with Customer
o Assuring Health and Safety internal and law requirements met on
production
o Lean management thinking pursuit to team
o Strong cooperation with Quality department to assure Quality
requirements from Customer are met.
o Leading cost savings/ capacity increase activity doing by engineers
o Developing supervisors, leaders and engineers soft skills and analytical
thinking
o Recruiting activity for department from operators through supervisors
up to engineering position

o Prepare master schedule and manage projects ( value up to 5M ₤)
o Launch new production lines from early design stage up to SOP
o Preparation of operation drawing base on construction drawings
o Set up machine specifications with makers due to operation dwg.
o Supervising purchase, assembly and commissioning of new machines.
o Supervising of modification re-used machine.
o Prepare and tracking installation schedule for machining and assembly
line
o Supervising of installation sub-contractors (even 50 members)
o Lead commissioning of line
o Prepare and implement idea of new projects.
o Propose of Line workability improvement
o Cost reduction projects
