Funds / Mandates - Poland and Czech Republic
• Supervise and review work of outsourced services providers
• Responsibility for the provision of monthly investors / management reporting in accordance with IFRS/Lux/local GAAP, statutory accounts
• Liaise with local finance teams to ensure timely provision of monthly and quarterly reporting and review of information provided
• Liaise with auditors / tax inspectors / banks / accounting offices / other external advisors to ensure appropriate monitoring of companies performance
• Responsibility for budgets with regards to Fund expenses
• Support audit process
• Support acquisition and disposal process in the area of finance
• Support external financing/refinancing process
• Cash management including forecasting, monitoring
• Supervision of bank facility compliance e.g. covenants, reporting
• Year-end closing for statutory and group purposes

Corporate - Romania and Czech Republic
• Liaison between HQ, CE group companies and external providers of accounting services on the daily basis
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Coordinating annual book close
• Managing group and statutory financial audits
• Monitoring completeness of monthly costs, cost controlling
• Monitoring CIT and VAT returns
• Calculation of quarterly revenues, ordering monthly invoices and recharge invoices (AM fees, Acc, PM, leasing, development, acquisition, disposition)
• Monitoring intercompany settlements
• Monitoring company corporate data updates, cooperating with Company Secretarial in UK
• Cooperation with company lawyers
• Cooperation with banks
• Monitoring and authorization of payments
• Various ad hoc financial and administration tasks
• Support JDE implementation process
