I shouldn't reveal this but what he doesn't know wont hurt him. My younger brother recently had a surgery to remove gynecomastia. He grew a breast. For some reason it can happen in the youngest of males from a large family. He's the fifth of nine, but fifth of seven males. It can also happen following brain injuries and in alcoholics among other things. He sustains neither.

He was disappointed too. He said it was small, and a part of him felt cheated. As a woman he would have small breasts and he felt a little disappointed at that.Joj Y. edytował(a) ten post dnia 28.01.09 o godzinie 20:26

He's so funny. He expressed that thought. I was laughing. He complained a little about it. He wanted his money's worth :)

P.S. I examined it in public. We were at a boat launch. He guided my hand to feel it and yep, it was breast tissue. I wonder how it looked. Who knew we're brothers and he only asked me to check something? haha
