I received an email today inviting me to a training seminar (cost 3299zl) entitled:

"Jak kupić nieruchomość bez
wkładu własnego i bez zdolności
kredytowej ?"

How on earth is it possible???

Any ideas what might be in such a seminar?

They are, at least, deceptive people and quasi-fraudulent. Who in the world would want to do business with people who are deceitful right.off.the.fuckin'.bat.

Credit or another Security is always an issue. Always. No matter what angle you take.

If we go: before, during, and after the seminar we would encounter high-pressure sales pitches urging us to buy their expensive teaching materials that teach us their "top secret information" about where to find these properties, how to rehabilitate them, and strategies about how to flip them.

"You're going to be a millionaire and never pay taxes!(firstgetamilliondollars) SECOND! Here's what you do..."

One more thing. When you're presented with testimonials about "how this program worked for me" ask them why they're spending their time sending e-mails grubbin' for small, few-thousand units of your goddamned money.Joj Y. edytował(a) ten post dnia 20.11.09 o godzinie 02:56

There are many guys earning a lot of money online by telling people how do they earn money online.

This one reminded me of that.

Preparing seminars for the people with incomes above the average, seems to be one of the best ways to earn money these days.

Means: "That's why we organized a PREMIUM seminar".

If they were to hint any tricks publicly, they'd be out of business.

But yeah, it's the same story as always. If you know how to buy real estate with no cash or no credit, why the hell won't you do it for a living? Maybe, it's cuz you cannot do it. What then? Well, let's just find some suckers who'll pay us for thinking we can.

They'll need time to contact their support system: the people that follow them testifying with fake success stories or comments.
