Temat: Seeking a Consultant to join my team in Warsaw

Mark Twomey is the founder of TARA HR CONSULTING. Mark is Irish and has lived in Warsaw for almost 6 years, during this time Mark has been headhunting in the real estate sector. In early 2009 Mark formed TARA HR CONSULTING to provide adaptive recruitment solutions to clients in the real estate sector.

Due to a strong market and large number of current projects (with more in the pipeline) I am looking for someone with 1-5 years headhunting experience to join me in developing the company.

During the last 2 years I have established Tara HR Consulting as one of the most recognised specialist real estate headhunters on the Polish and CEE market.

The duties of this person will largely fall on execution of projects. Plans are already in motion to expand the business to Czech Rep and Hungary so the hope is this person can eventually manage the day to day activities of the Polish operation.
