Service Delivery Assistant
The Service Delivery Assistant is an integral member of a dedicated Application Management Service Delivery team. The team operates within a MOF / ITIL Framework and is highly focused towards internal customer delivery of service that ensures that accurate processes and procedures are in place to help meet critical business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for raising, verifying, prioritizing and maintaining service requests for new applications\releases and changes. You will deal with queries related to these requests either ad-hoc or via weekly meetings.
• Collating and distributing support documentation, e.g. Pre-installation, Installation, Operational and User guides.
• The Service Delivery Assistant will be involved in numerous projects and initiatives that require the ability to manage many requests at various stages of the software development life cycle.
• The Service Delivery Assistant supports Change Manager is parts of change process management and implementation.
• Organizing regular meetings with Program Managers and Support teams to ensure that the service delivery processes are being adhered to and escalated when necessary.
• The role involves liaising with many different internal teams e.g. Production Support, Incident Management and Release Management and therefore excellent interpersonal skills are required.

Technical skills:
• ITIL Foundation Certificate
• An understanding of Service Delivery and Application Development Methodologies MOF / SDLC / ITIL
• Microsoft technical certificate(s)
• Any kind of Project Management knowledge/experience

Personal attributes and requirements
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• General support to the Service Delivery Managers and Change Manager
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work in a remote team environment and own initiative
• Able to achieve goals and maintain relationships
• Able to define and read reports and draw conclusions
• Consistent in driving initiatives against obstacles

Desirable:
• Experience of delivering production releases, implementations and change management
• Experience in process management and/or process development
• Knowledge of SQL and IIS
• 1 year in a service delivery environment
• Presentation skills
