- Leading the implementation and management of an International Mobility Policy for KGHM Capital Group (including providing guidelines to KGHM Capital Group companies in Canada, Chile & USA);
- Co-designing and implementing a global talent management process for KGHM Capital Group;
- Co- designing a development programme for high potentials, successor & executive;
- Co- managing an MBA level programme for top executive at an International level;
- An HR Business Partner for Commercial function in KGHM Headoffice (e.g. developing a tailor-made programme for internal rotation between commercial and production employees in Poland);
- Internal Trainer (training areas including: talent management, recruitment, communication, change management, building and managing effective teams);
- Member of a Training Academy Council (responsible for internal trainers’ development);
- Working closely with Research & Development function on knowledge sharing initiatives;
- Coordinator for implementation of organizational culture change at the KGHM Division of Concentrators (performance review, building an HR Business Partner role, internal training, benefits & allowances regulation update, internal communication, succession planning);
- Internal coach for managers;
- Preparing Ad hoc and regular reports to HR Executive Director and the Board

Z Elą miałam okazję współpracować przy licznych centralnych i międzyoddziałowych projektach w firmie KGHM. Dała się w nich poznać jako osoba z dużym doświadczeniem w branży, świetny trener wewnętrzny, superwizor, audytor AC/DC, HR generalista, ale przede wszystkim jako osoba o wielkiej pasji i sercu do HR. Jest zdeterminowana i doprowadza do końca wszystko to, co zaczęła, dbając jednocześnie o wysoki poziom realizowanych projektów. Dzięki doskonałej znajomości języka angielskiego szybko nawiązała biznesowe relacje także ze współpracownikami z Kanady i USA, stając się firmowym „łącznikiem” między kulturami. Z jej inicjatywy powstało wiele ciekawych ogólnofirmowych przedsięwzięć, w przypadku wielu innych prowadziła zespoły projektowe lub była aktywnym członkiem tychże zespołów. Zdecydowanie polecam Elę jako HR-owca, który łączy w sobie wszystko to, co dobry HRowiec mieć powinien: wiedzę, inicjatywę i pasję.
