* Leading end-to-end process for positions across all levels
* Dedicated to cover sourcing activities in Germany, Switzerland, Austria
* Running recruitment process from the initial brief, sourcing, pitching, qualifying candidates and conducting in-depth telephone interviews to submitting candidates
* Setting social media recruitment campaigns
* Supporting Microsoft Graduate Programme
* Conducting competency based interviews
* Presenting shortlists of candidates to the business
