Responsibility for planning, organizing, leading and supervising training process at strategic level. Keeping training materials up to date. Developing training objectives, strategies, policies, and programs.
Direcing the implementation of policies and procedures related to various training and educational programs.
Reviewing and approving training needs, training programs.
Deploying and supervising training programs

Administering efficient staff scheduling and client booking, developing publicity opportunities; maintaining efficient front desk procedures; creating ongoing in-house promotions and activities; guiding business decisions by staying on top of beauty industry trends; maintaining menu of services; developing and growing retail sales.
Ensuring customer needs are being met; monitoring customer satisfaction; exhibiting a professional attitude; handling difficult situations; maintaining fresh, effective programs to grow customer base.
Recruiting, screening, interviewing candidates.

Serving as the ultimate supervisor for all who work for the Foundation no matter how their position is funded.
Developing relationships with major donors.
Insuring that the Foundation’s staffs are responsive to legitimate requests from Foundation Officers and Board Members.

Providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.

Overseeing the administrative management of assigned ICF/DD-N facilities. Supervising the development and implementation of each client's Individual Program Plan (IPP) by integrating services in accordance with their individual service plan. Overseeing the continuity and quality of client services.
Assuring that the facility is in compliance with state and federal licensing requirements. Participating in the facility licensing processes.
Overseeing all aspects of implementation of the Individual Service Plan (ISP) for each client. Including 30-day, semiannual and annual ISP reviews; IDT meetings and subsequent documentation distribution.
Completing required, daily, monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual program documentation and other required reports in a timely manner.
Coordinating and assuring service implementation with outside services (school and day programs) through regular monitoring and progress reviews and attendance at outside IEP/ISP meetings.
Coordinating and assuring service implementation with contracted consultants (Occupational and Physical Therapy; Speech Pathology and Psychological services).
Facilitating client participation in community outings and recreational activities.
Insuring staff adherence to client schedules, use of specified materials, and accurate data collection methods.
Assisting in interviewing, hiring, orientation, ongoing training, direct staff supervision and performance reviews for all staff in assigned facilities.
Attending and conducting, regularly scheduled facility and agency in-services.
Assisting in the orientation, training and mentoring of other QMRP staff as requested.
Maintaining open, frequent communication with supervisor regarding concerns and general client status; consultants and interdisciplinary team members (including outside agency caseworkers and families) regarding client needs; and applicable school and adult day program personnel.
Participating in the Human Rights Committee meetings.
