Led end-to -end high volume hiring project on very demanding Russian Market. I was responsible for managing relationships with Hiring Managers, local HR Department and third party agencies. Apart from day to day responsibilities I got involved in mentoring and coaching junior members of team. In a very short time I was able to build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and fill around 30 roles (with great support of the Sourcing Team).
