HR Specialist
• Administration of benefits and collaboration with external service providers (sport cards, medical care, language courses, social fund, life insurance, occasional gifts, employee jubilees)
• Partnering with outsourcing agencies and local managers with regards to HR processes (new hires, terminations, promotions, salary increases, organizational changes)
• Liaising all employee processes with Global Shared Service Center in the internal HR system
• Preparing of organizational announcements and updating content of all HR documents in the intranet
• Creating and updating of HR procedures (i.e. onboarding, secondment)
• Participation in local and global projects - global compensation structure, vehicle review
• Regular broadening of HR knowledge during industry related events

• Recruiting for all organizational levels and functions (roles in HR, Finance, Sales, Engineering, Customer Service, Health and Safety, IT, Supply Chain and Administration, looking for experts, managers and senior directors).
• Supporting various business units (Power Generation, Filtration, Fuel Systems, Emission Solutions).
• Direct collaboration with local HR and Hiring Managers.
• Liaising with external agencies, job boards and other external stakeholders.
• Completing the candidates’ data and offers in clients ATS (Taleo), opening and closing the processes.
• Acting as a local Project Manager for Graduate Programs at Cummins in RSA, UAE and Ghana:
- Contacting the client with regards to number of openings, timeframes, deadlines for shortlists and general service level agreement.
- Workload distribution within the team.
- Advising on screening of applications.
- Weekly reporting to the client.
