As a Recruitment Business Partner I:
› Act as an end-to-end recruiter, managing full lifecycle of the recruitment processes
› Interview candidates – pre-screens and competency based interviews
› Build strong relationships with senior business managers and divisional stakeholders such as HR to understand the recruitment needs and requirements
› Create sourcing strategies and discuss relevant recruitment sourcing channels with hiring managers
› Utilise all available direct sourcing tools (job boards, talent pools, network) to ensure a quality candidate pipeline
› Pro-actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools as well as create and manage talent communities
› Am a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the business
› Track & log all recruitment activities on the Recruitment Tracking tool (ATS): Workday, Avature, iGrasp
› Act as a recruitment consultant to Hiring Managers and provide information regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks

› Building and managing relationships with Universities and student organizations;
