Distribution Transformers R&D (Research & Development) Team located in Distribution Transformers Factory in Lodz is responsible for the discovery, design and implementation of new types of distribution transformers as well as any technical solutions associated with them, and new design standards and regulations. This unit has a global scope for ABB and supervise the development and implementation of new solutions across all distribution transformers ABB factories around the world.

In R&D (as well as in the world) I was engineer executing, supervising and responsible for international technical standards for the construction, design and implementation of distribution transformers of ABB from both the mechanical and electrical part. Standards describe how to create a transformer from scratch. The standards were enforced for many years, some of them I created personally and some I supervised and updated.Standards are implemented in all DT Factories.
In addition, I had many projects, every year new and different. I was also responsible for design, research, benchmarks, statistics and tests of prototypes of transformers and components. As Project Manager, all the projects entrusted to me performs personally or with the use and supervising persons from other departments.
My work was done in English Language.
