• Analyze E2E Production processes and eliminate bottleneck to improve main KPI’s.
• Use Value Stream Mapping methodology as a tool to define areas as opportunities for improvements.
• Drive projects focused on Process Standardization, Productivity improvement, SMART Digitalization and SMART Automation.
• Launch production processes for new defined or transferred products.
• Define and Implement new innovate processes conceptions.
• Perform optimization training and workshop sessions.

• Supporting NPI, CFI, SQE, Engineering, Operations and Quality departments with introduction of new systems/processes.
• Close cooperation with Training department in creating efficient and easy-to-follow work instructions.
• Implementation of new work process developed with Process Engineering internal department.
