· Acting as Subject Matter Expert for O2C processes, mapping of the current state and the future state of the O2C processes, providing the transformation recommendations to achieve process efficiency, calculating the “business case” for transformation processes, collecting and implementing “Best practices”, preparing the transformation presentations for the Internal Client
· Acting as Subject Matter Expert for Project Accounting process by creating Global Process Model for Global BPO
· Management of the training budget on Internal Client Project
· Assist with new business development efforts

· Supervising of 10-persons team
· Analyzing and reorganizing of the existing process set up to achieve better efficiency and to provide added value to the client. Project provided 2 FTEs savings for the client

· Transition of Finance Helpline activities from SSC in Sweden to BPO; creation of process maps, writing the desktop procedures, preparing SLA OLA documentation
· Set up of the delivery team in Cracow and transfer the knowledge
· Supervising of 6-persons team providing the first line service to client’s employees, suppliers and customers
· Support for the Project Manager to organize Nordic languages lessons for the project employees
· Support for the Project Manager to organize project integration event

· Supervising of 15-persons multi-language team
· Ensuring the service delivery continuity according to the contract and SLA
· Motivate and develop Staff, conduct performance appraisals and objective setting for the staff
· Participation in the implementation of the Global Travel Expenses system in the new countries, taking part in UATs, providing the training for the onshore staff in Sweden

· audit of the travel expense reports, creation of VAT correction reports, proving service the client’s employees on a call center for the Swedish, German and English speaking employees
