CONTINUATION OF ACTIVITIES FROM THE PREVIOUS JOB POSITION

General mission:

I Ensure process readiness prior to Full Production Day (FPD) and Start Of Production (SOP) for developed products. I am responsible to develop products (process area) according to IPROM rules.

Main activities:

- Analysis production feasibility of new technology product on existing lines
- Identifying essential investments or modifications of existing lines
- Ensuring safety and environment rules, which are appllied for machines and processes
- Performing the PFMEA and co-ordinating corrective actions implementation in order to have closed
them before FDPR
- Establishing production mean specifications for the project
- Responsibility for production means readiness until final acceptance
- Ensuring FDPR readiness in terms of methods, production, operators training, maintenance and safety
- Drawing up improvements rocommendations for future projects in Poka-Yoka, capacity increase,
scrap reduction and ergonomics

My work in the automotive industry began as an assistant department in the industrial projects department, where I learned the skills of running industrial projects using the Lean Manufacturing concept.
Currently, the main task is to implement projects in the Project Platform implementing machines and tools for serial production in the Autonomous Production Unit.

Main tasks:
- Implementation of machines and tools for new projects (preparation of specifications, talks with
suppliers, offers, purchase, implementation, approval of technical documentation)
- Running several projects at the same time
- Creating process documentation (PFMEA, ControlPlan, FlowChart)
- SAP program support (parameterization, basic logistic comments)
- QRQC analysis
