Cloud Infrastructure Services is one of the biggest outsourcing service providers in Poland. Since the establishment of our first service center in Krakow in 2004, it has achieved great success and grown rapidly. In 2006, we opened a second center in Katowice and in 2012 a third center in Opole. Today, our team of 2,000 professionals delivers IT outsourcing services to 40 clients in 20 languages.

My role includes the following activities:
- The entire recruitment process ownership (360 degree recruitment cycle),
- Close collaboration with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders to meet and exceed the business expectations,
- Active search using different sourcing channels and building talent pipeline.

Grafton Recruitment is a part of The Grafton Employment Group, one of the largest
recruitment companies in Europe. It has provided organizations permanent, temporary
and outsourced recruitment solutions for more than 35 years with 40 offices in 6 countries – Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Poland and Slovakia.

Core responsibilities, besides constantly increasing my knowledge in the field of IT in the context of recruitment and technologies:
• Maintaining long-term relationships with Clients (including HM's) by participation in in-person meetings, update calls on weekly basis, preparing reports on regular basis.
• Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes on the IT &Telecommunication field for Pоland based companies, including searching candidates for even very niche position in the IT area by using all available channels.
• Performing search and selection activities in IT projects, conducting phone interviews, preparing assessments.
• Creating job descriptions & advertisement templates.
• Coaching candidates.
• Managing candidates' database The candidate guide – I provide explanations, clarifications, feedback, and support throughout the entire hiring process.

Alongside with the typical recruitment activities (regarding IT specializations) described below, I act as:

• The candidate guide – I provide explanations, clarifications, feedback, and support throughout the entire hiring process.
• The candidate coach – I encourage, provide insights on expectations, team culture, and what it would take to be successful in Honeywell.
• The candidate adviser – I address any concerns the candidates might have, help them to focus on their strengths and on what’s important.
• Analyze and grasp the job description, position specifics, and the candidate requirements provided by the hiring manager.
• Organize an intake call to ensure all stakeholders in the hiring process are on the same page.
• Manage the search process: networking, job opening creation in relevant boards, profiles review.
• Follow up with the applicants and execute the screening process and the phone interview.
• Prepare CV and profile analysis of the shortlisted candidates and provide it to the hiring manager.
• Upon management approval, schedule the next steps in the recruitment process with the candidate and the interviewers.
• Prepare and present KPIs reports, statistics, and analysis.
• Participate in a weekly requisition reviews with the hiring managers.
• Create branding awareness about the company on the target market.
