• Developed 7 new runbooks for the Support teams to automate the processes and document the Knowledge Base

• Provided 50+ Improvements/Enhancements for Monitoring – AppDynamics and Splunk. Created 10+ specific dashboards for Application Support purposes to conduct system health check on daily basis with 80% time reduction

• Conducted 3 successful Disaster Recovery Tests as an active technical coordinator achieving top results among 20+ other tests

• Working on effective team collaboration. Created 50+ Knowledge Base articles for different teams.

• Coordinated 10+ major Incidents from operational perspective with final resolution in place conducted in Problem cases

• Worked through 100+ Incidents as operational coordinator, but also as advisory peer

• Supervised Problem Management pilot for new vendor. Provided 20+ recommendations based on the process

• Managing Operations Sharepoint. Resulted in 20+ Knowledge Base articles created

• Operating for approximately 1000 monitoring points in 40 different applications and 100 environments.

• Managing 30+ servers and storage arrays. Introduced and coordinated program to expand Data Room with 3 new servers, 2 new storage array, optic fiber technology for network communication including also facilities (power, air conditioning, etc.)

• Acting as IT support for 50+ employees (Software issues, MS Exchange email, hardware issues, other requests)

• Working over Documentation containing 200+ distinct Configuration Items. License management for 250+ objects.
