Act as a first point of contact and support to users from all Electrolux affiliates participating in the SAP Global Material Master process. Solve problems related to materials in cooperation with relevant support teams. Create custom data reports. Ensure the proper functioning of the process and its continuous improvement. Prepare and update of procedures and training materials. Create scenarios for User Acceptance Tests. Train new employees. Carry on analyst tasks.
