- Project monitoring and ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately;
- Assisting with communications and outreach activities, new media marketing, event planning, and speakers and shot-term expert liaison;
- Daily cooperation with business stakeholders, SMEs and consortium partners;
- Preparing and reviewing documentation associated with the project, including reports and status updates;
- Supporting recruitment of new team members;

- Organizing conferences and promotional events such as:
• Meli Melum promotional campaign Summer 2015;
• Exclusive Properties Catalogue 2016;
• Exclusive World Annual business meeting 2015;
• International Oktoberfest Wrocław 2015;
- Securing speakers and liaising with stakeholders;
- Managing the brand’s website and social media accounts;
- Preparing the brand’s promotional and conference materials;
- Participating in the ongoing work of marketing team and administration office;

- Preparing information for the articles published by the Director of PISM;
- Supporting organization of the Wrocław Global Forum 2015;
- Supporting the ongoing research of the Director of PISM and preparing information and papers for Director’s speeches at conferences and in seminars;
- Supporting the Public Information Office at PISM (promotional activities, organization of events, reporting);
- Translating promotional and conference materials;
- Participating in the ongoing work in the Office of the Director and the Research Office;
