- in charge of HR department during HR Manager absence,
- responsible for HR OPC and HR KPIs control (turnover, absenteeism, overtime etc.),
- representing HR department during annual Management Review meetings, accomplishment of employees develompment plan after annual People Review meeting,
- delivery of corporate presentations and reports (turnover highlights/ lowlights, operational reports),
- supporting preparations of HCT forcasting,
- identifying and clarifying individual and team building issues,
- conducting Exit Interviews and proposing implementation of personal solutions,
- implementation of production onboarding program for white collars,
- responsible for Corporate Identity policy in range of HR activities,
- supporting HR team in providing personal documentation and employees service,
- in charge of other tasks mentioned in below job description.

- in harge of recruitment policy of Kleszczow site,
- in charge of talent sourcing and Employer Branding policy,
- implementing onboarding and successors’ development paths program,
- implementation of CSR events,
- implementing/ updating HR policies and procedures,
- responsible for other tasks mentioned in below job description.

- building and monitoring accomplishement of training policy with budget control,
- developing university relations (interns and apprentices programs),
- responsible for internal program of communication (employees/ management),
- enhancing annual assessment review process,
- leading engagement survey (proposing solutions and PDCA control),
- HR representative during external and internal audits (IMS, ISO/IATF).

- leading significant recruitment processes for 5 sites and 2 R&D Centers meeting corporate expectations,
- rolling out corporate recruitment methodology in Poland,
- providing recruitment & EB trainings for Hiring Managers in Poland,
- reporting talent acquisitions of Polish sites and R&D Centers to the European Headquarter
(Functional Superior located in Germany).
