• Operating project manager for securitisation of non-performing loans of PLN 1 billion nominal claim value (June 2006 - preliminary sale agreement);
• Managing a team dealing with restructuring and collection processes for corporate clients.

• Projects done in the fields of strategy, organisation and restructuring;
• Scope of duties (on restructuring projects): leading project modules – analysis of the initial situation, definition of possible options and recommendations (concept phase), preparation of implementation plan (measures, tasks, single steps, responsibility, deadlines, status), definition of P&L and liquidity effects of defined measures, preparation of an integrated business plan, including the optimization measures;
• Projects in Poland and in Germany, work at clients’ premises.

• Scope of duties:
– Analytical work: preparing information memoranda and issue prospectuses, business plans and valuations, client reports concerning strategic and financial issues,
– Organisational: work with a client, contacts with investors, showing investors to companies, participation in negotiations concerning price and contract terms.
• Projects: M&A advisory, pre-IPOs and IPOs, financing and development strategies.
