As a business analyst I am responsible for various aspect of the business which help with keeping the business continuity and client satisfaction on a high level.
Some of the things I am responsible for are:
- Monthly KPI reports for both Cleaning and Security side of the services
- Dropped Shift Registers
- Recruitment Report
- Enrolment into the learning platform as well as addition of customers to the KPI Portal
- Maintaining the TrackTik patrolling system
- Setting up new sites on portals as well as installing the TrackTik guarding system on the customer sites
- TimeGate portal management
- SAP Crystal reports extraction
I also take part in various projects, some of which include:
- New helpdesk support system based on Spiceworks
- Upgrade of the learning platform Nimble
- Creation of course management system with AccessPlanIT
- Being a support Project Manager for a Time and Attendance system enrolment across the business as well as it's movement into Cloud
