- 24x7 on-call support for monitoring platforms - Nagios, Oracle, HP OpenView, etc.
- Tickets creation in Siebel OPS Vega, Remedy Cares and HP OpenView SD
- Solving technical problems for 7 external clients such as Verizon, Telecom, Orange
- First Line Support - restarting processes, services, monitoring agents, providing solutions if possible and transferring tickets to System Support teams if needed
- Diagnostic tools use: Putty, Wintel Portal, HP OPENVIEW MAP, and others
- WAN and LAN issues diagnosis - interacting with carriers and subcontractors while debugging hardware or link failures
- Maintaining contact with international technicians and customers (mainly France)
Non-technical experience:
- Evaluating and leading group of junior consultants in skills development process
- Creating schedules for the team (3 shifts, 25 team members)
- Recruiting and selecting permanent employees for CFT company
- Participating in project transfer to new team in the Philippines
- Started Shadowing of the new team in first week of its work on production
- Ordering monthly office supply (stationeries, food) according to needs and demands
