The job involves:
• Taking ownership of customer’s needs throughout the chargeback process , including investigation and regulatory reporting
• interact with customers and merchants to ensure the most appropriate, timely and equitable resolution for the customer
• managing chargeback and fraud cases
• Interpret and apply Mastercard and Visa regulations for all dispute situation
• Customize letters or response to customers
• Handle incoming customers calls that involve probing the customers to understand the dispute and determinate the appropriate course of action.
