HR Operations Manager
− Managing large team (2nd line manager)
− End to end responsibility for the operational delivery of various HR services in areas such as HR Contact Center (German, English, Italian & French), HR System Support, Interview Scheduling, Recruiting, On-boarding
− Driving HR operations model (dashboards, monthly metrics review, performance management, continuous improvement projects) and recommending changes to improve efficiency & effectiveness
− Coordinating and managing special projects contributing to service and quality improvements as well as to process efficiency
− Ensuring adherence to service level agreements and delivering high quality, cost effective and efficient services, ensuring SLAs are met
− Preparing and executing transition of various HR processes to HR Service Center Wroclaw (incl. transition plans, staffing, training, process maps and flows, communication and legal framework)
− Managing regular interaction with business, senior management, clients and SME
− Generating new business opportunities, sharing best practices and ways of working
− Executing the HR Talent Management strategy, e.g. training, engagement, mentoring, coaching, succession planning, compensation and awards as well as retention
− Interviewing and hiring staff, ensuring process stability
