 Prepare and enter month end Journals (US GAAP close) in SAP .
 Balance sheet Account Reconciliations
 Provide support on the preparation and filing of EMEA entities VAT ,local GAAP and Tax returns.
 Providing information to Internal Customers
 Coordination of transaction processes (AP,AR and GL) both with internal and outsourced teams.
 Other adhoc accounting duties as required.
 Ensure agreed deadlines are met consistently.

 - Providing accounting services for the company’s internal clients across EMEA region,
 - Participation in the financial month end,
 - Preparing reports, analysis and account reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner,
 - Post all respective transactions and clear the matching items,
 - Preparing VAT/Intrastate reports,
 - Contacting clients to resolve issues relating to accounts,
 - Cooperation with other departments,
 - Focusing on processes improvements with overall team goals,
 - Ensure agreed deadlines are met consistently.

 Performance tasks in accordance to the written procedures, deadlines and customer requirements across EMEA/USA region, including:
 - Performing intercompany billings ,
 - Monitoring and verification of payments based on data obtained from Banks and SAP,
 - Posting all respective payment transactions,
 - Independent and accurate reconciliation of accounts – checking, explaining and confirming accounts balances, outstanding and posted items,
 - Preparing Sales and Use Tax declarations and reports,
 Timely processing of documents, delivering reports (scheduled and ad-hoc ones).
 Updating of desktop procedures,
 Cooperation with other departments,
 Focusing on processes improvements with overall team goals,
 Ensure agreed deadlines are met consistently.
