• Advising on issues up to and including dismissals and appeals on lower stages as well as assisting with arranging disciplinary meetings and hearings
• Assisting with preparing appeal plans
• Being a first point of contact for employees, managers, HRBPs, Health & Safety BPs and directors to resolves their issues in a timely manner
• Managing HR Projects. Streamling HR processes. Writing new and updating existing HR policies to align them with recent updates in UK Employment Law.
• Assisting managers with Recruitment and Selection application and interview proccess
• Working closely with HR Business Partners to organize company conferences promoting Apprenticeship and Diversity and Equality at Work.
