5. take care and advisory regarding taxes and accounting policy in the company

9. cooperation with the Accounting Office, Law Office, banks, tax offices, social office, auditors, etc.
10. prepare monthly reports for the company's PBC

Job duties and responsibilities:
1. Direct cooperation with the Finance Director of 6 companies
2. support and supervise the work of 8 Accountants as a team
3. check the correctness of the operational closure of the computer print-outs, and open the next financial year in the accounting system SCALA
4. conducting a set of rules and guidelines necessary for the proper working of the accounting system- Scala
5. supervising the creation of rules for securing the accounting system SCALA
6. management accounting system parameters SCALA and administering the system
7. confirmation of balances of assets and liabilities
8. cooperation with the accountant analyzing account settlement for further action on the balance sheet accounts, settlements with employees, etc..
9. update / correction chart of accounts
10. cooperation with reinsurers in the insurance of transport

2. direct cooperation with the Director and Financial Controller of the company's headquarters in France
