-Creating and maintaining all personnel files and records
-Providing assistance and information to employees, applicants and other agencies on Human Resources functions, activities and services.
-Reviewing and processing personnel/position action requests (new hires, promotions, transfers, salary increases, etc.).

-calculating Net Asset Values of funds by processing daily accounting related functions
-ensuring funds prices are accurate and delivered to the client in a timely fashion
-identify exceptions and problems affecting accounting records and prices, assisting in their resolution
-analyzing the information received, making sure any discrepancy is monitored and resolved professionally

-administrative tasks in the reception, handling with inbound and outbound calls, receiving clients and being in contact with Spanish and English speaking partners
-check-in /check-out of guests, assigning rooms, taking reservations, handling correspondence, providing information, receiving complaints, keeping records of guests, working on a computer program, managing the rooms
-preparing and revising hotel internal documentation in English and Spanish
