Currently I'm working in Wroclaw supporting System Engineers in US.
- Creating environments for new machines
- Tracking list, with required changes after global check

- Solving existing problems and on different machines.
- Combined tasks with electrical and mechanical issues
- Design of new steel parts to improve routing and functionality of Wiring harnesses mounted on the machines

On Structure & Exterior Team

Compactors
- Cost reduction, creating new design of swivels
- Creating environment for new machine
- Searching possibilities for mass reduction
- Creating drawings and 3D models for new concepts

Wheel Loaders
-Creating new 3D models and drawings according to Volvo standards, refering to old drawings and models
- Solving issues from assembly line by creating additional marks on wires which helps to mount parts on the machine. Delivering infomation how to assemble new parts correctly

Articulated Hauler
- Designing sheetmetal plates according to smaller machines, introducing more efficient shapes. Preparing documentation for P release and plastic parts.

Backhoe Loader
- Solving existing problems on the machine, for instance new locking system for pedals with fit and function test. New arrangement for three different antennas on Cab frame, due to water leackage problem. Taking responsibility from beginning(concept), through making tests with fitters on assembly line to implementation on production line. Creating own prototypes on protoshop, which helps to rush up process of implementation new parts on production line.
- Two weeks spent on site during P-release phase eliminating minor issues on machine

Compact Excavator
- New arrangement of cables due the fact of changing potential on main switch, design of bracket for fuse and new routing of wires with omitting potentially dangerous places. Creating assembly drawings and making progres in Prost structure.
