- Responsible for the sale of Martin Yale’s products in Europe.
- Provide ongoing support to product distribution channels.

Essential Functions
- Secure new distribution partners in both the Office Products and Professional Print Finishing channels in targeted countries.

- Assist resellers with organizational skills, account strategies, territory planning and administrative responsibilities to ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Actively involved in new resellers sales orientation and product/sales training.
- Act as a resource to resellers in contract opportunities and proposals.
- Monitor warehouse inventory and forecast sales to ensure proper warehouse stocking of inventory.
- Assist with the planning of sales exhibits.
- Attend trade shows.
- Keeps informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers.
- Research and investigate competitor’s activities while developing new methods of attaining resellers and assisting resellers in attaining new accounts.
- Troubleshoot problems regarding products.
- Handle questions and problems from resellers as needed.
