Order Management Coordinator
Responsabilities:
- Migration of processes.
- Export control activities.
- To liaise with supply and manufacturing organisation, advise customers and Sales Team of delivery times (includes liaising with external freight forwarders GB82).
- To process Sales Orders (manual & electronic) in line with agreed SLA’s and manage through to delivery utilising internal and external systems.
- Obtain supplier delivery information and update purchase order confirmation, EDD’s & delivered quantities.
- Manage post related order queries including returns through to resolution.
- Produce & Distribute Customer Reports for example: Stock, Backlog & Shipment.
- Communicate effectively with customer via email/telephone.
- Resolve customer complaints and manage 1st level escalations.
- Full compliance with Operational processes, procedures

Responsabilities:
- daily cooperation with the client and with Account Payable department
- processes related to Vendor Master Data
- taking purchase requests from spanish departments and getting price quotes from suppliers
- checking prices and product specifications from various suppliers to determine which would provide the best deal
- preparing purchase orders in SAP and confirming lead times, delivery dates and costs
- preparing agreements with suppliers in SAP
- answering supplier and customer inquiries about order changes or cancellations and check requisition orders for accuracy
- contacting suppliers to schedule deliveries (via mail and via phone call)
- discussing shortages or missed deliveries
- identifying opportunities and implementing actions to achieve efficiencies
