Scope of Business: the company provides complex services in the area of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), Waste Management, Thermal treatment of wastes in fluidized bed installation, Remediation and ground recovery, Emissions Monitoring, Analyzes/Laboratory, Industrial/ High Pressure Cleaning

Main responsibilities (overview):
overall responsibility for the Company, it's financial and operational results, and strategy development.
operational responsibility for: Production, Maintenance, Technology and Service departments (services: industrial cleaning, waste mgmt and remediation). Additionally, for support functions e.g.: HR, Legal support.

Scope of Business: the only one crude oil processing company and the largest producer of oil products in the Czech Republic with 2 refineries localized on Czech Republic territory.

Main responsibilities (overview):
overall responsibility for the activities of the multinational joint venture Company (Unipetrol, ENI, Shell), acting on behalf of the shareholders and taking overall policy decisions and provide oversight.
operational management in:
Procurement - purchasing/ contracting of all operation services, spare parts and investment projects for both refineries on daily basis and during maintenance turnarounds,
IT – infrastructure, help desk, IT security and application management,
Facility/Administration – responsible for providing facility services in Litvinov and Kralupy.

Scope of Business: the largest producer of petrochemical products in the Czech Republic.

Support for midterm and longterm Company strategy definition.
Responsibility for operationalization of the Company strategy.
Responsibility for IT suport for production - MES (manufacturing excecution systems) strategy and implementation: architecture definition, program preparation and solutions implementation (project management).
Implementation of optimization initiatives and improvement programs, production and backoffice processes assessment.
