o Challenge Commodity Buyers to achieve the Purchasing Budget
o For most critical topics, support the Supply Chain team to improve supplier deviation in Misdeliveries Per Million (MPM)
o Initiate project kick off in production phase and lead project until implementation .
o Lead transfers meetings with Program Buyers at the take-over
o Lead negotiation for Engineering Change Requests and product productivity, in close relationship with commodities

• Execute and evaluate RFQ’s
• Perform total cost analysis, preparing basis for decision during the project execution phase and control of tooling budget (CAPEX)

• Schedule and coordinate the PPAP process
