o Contribute to the identification and implementation of productivity actions (product / process) for cost reduction, in close coordination with Commodity teams
o CBD, MoB & TCO analysis
o Monitor productivity performance for supplier perimeter through cross-functional teamwork
o Challenge Commodity Buyers to achieve the Purchasing Budget
o For most critical topics, support the Supply Chain team to improve supplier deviation in Misdeliveries Per Million (MPM)
o Initiate project kick off in production phase and lead project until implementation .
o Lead transfers meetings with Program Buyers at the take-over
o Lead negotiation for Engineering Change Requests and product productivity, in close relationship with commodities
o Commodities: Plastic, Metals, Carbon, Wood, Chemicals, Packing, Transport
o Productivity areas: injection, stamping, painting, external and internal packing, logistic
o Reporting: Purchasing Manager, Commodity Managers, Plant Manager, Operational Manager

• Execute QCD targets for each assigned project
• Participation in more than 30 standard projects and more than 15 variants
• Execute Sourcing & Purchasing related actions in assigned projects
• Manage virtual teams – Regional Quality Engineers & SQA’s (Brazil, Turkey, Europe, China, India, RSA) – delegating tasks and ensuring implementation on time
• Execute and evaluate RFQ’s
• Perform total cost analysis, preparing basis for decision during the project execution phase and control of tooling budget (CAPEX)
• Contribute to preparation of supplier contracts together with Commodity Buyers
• Schedule and coordinate the PPAP process
• Handover projects to Value Streams and support them for 6 months after SOP
• Lead Supplier Offer Review Meeting
• Organize pre-sourcing and sourcing committees
• Improve processes in collaboration with S&P Business Improvement Team

• Co create purchasing strategy
• Trainings and tasks coordination in Purchasing Team
• Coordination of production plan at suppliers and delegation of tasks to suppliers production teams
• Autonomous position with high responsibility for taken decisions
• Negotiating prices and terms of cooperation with suppliers
• Create and manage cost tables
• Responsible for verification of cost breakdowns, prices, contracts, TCO, MoB
• Implementation and management of procedures
• Coordinating deliveries from the Asian market
• Building supplier portfolio;
• Close cooperation with the Department of Logistics, SCM, Quality and R&D
• Coordinating activities with implementation of new parts,
• Responsibility for the quality and timeliness of delivery (QCD)
• Quality support and supplier audits
• Management of the injection molds and dies for stamping
• CAPEX & OPEX: yearly budget for investments $11 - $17 , responsible for preparation and realization
• Logistic management for tools
