• Monthly and quarterly period closing: including preparing reconciliations (GR/IR, AP/AR, VAT, Inventory, Supplement) and processing transactions (VAT Nettings, GR/IR, AP/AR, GL currency and balance valuations, GR/IR splits, reversal of documents), performing pilot closing for new period closing schedules or tasks;

• Project’s archiving coordinator: creating and updating project’s procedures, monthly and quarterly period close archiving, quarterly check of entire project’s archiving;

• Coordinating project’s training team: new joiner induction and supervision, preparing training plans, preparing and conducting trainings for current and new employees;

• Volunteering as an official Capgemini CSR Team Member for BPO Katowice (preparing and coordinating charity actions for Katowice BPO, maintaining regular and direct contact with Foundation’s chairman and vice-chairmen, preparing CSR agreements);

• Organizing integration events for BPO Katowice projects (Away Day, Santa Claus Party for employees’ children and other internal official events);

• Editing, maintaining and administrating engagement’s website on international company’s intranet as well as day-to-day dashboard supervision.
