- Shaping the personnel policy in relation to the company's strategy
- Conducting the process of employee selection and recruitment
- Creation of employee motivation, development and training strategies
- Building an efficient internal communication system
- Building project teams and evaluating their work during work and during sports events
- Project management according to the principles of accepted methodology

* Main responsibilities:
- Cooperation with the customer in the area of Change Management process
- Managing changes affecting the IT infrastructure according to customer requirements
- Scheduling tasks necessary to make changes
- Planning resources necessary to implement the changes
- Verification and update changes
- Verification of documentation related to the technical aspects of changes
- Participation in the work related to the automation of processes Change Management
- Participation in CAB meetings
- Conduction of bi-weekly online/skype meetings with Belgian Change Management team

**CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) Shadow role:
- investigating more complicated cases
- taking care of the results of the Customer's Satisfaction Surveys and responding for them and providing the Customers with another resolution
