Main duties:
-Definition of job profiles (IT specialists).
-Preparation and distribution of job offers in accordance with the needs of managers.
-Candidates search via LinkedIn, GoldenLine, and other relevant tools.
-Identification and evaluation of potential candidates by e-mail or phone.
-Scheduling appointments for managers.
-Monitoring all candidates for the office.
-Monitoring indicators (quantitative and qualitative) and weekly reporting.

In Alten, I'm responsible for:
- Selecting applications, leading interviews with candidates
- Supporting Consultants in realized recruitment processes
- Search profiles and specific technical skills in databases
- Making reports and recommendations in Polish and English
- Market analysis according to realized projects
- Selecting the applications, phone interviews
