When I completed my chef education, I started working at a 4 star hotel in Poland called ‘Stary tartak’. I started from the bottom of the chef industry and worked here for 3 years. After 2 years here I became sous chef. I started working here in 2007 until 2010.

In 2017 I started working at a wedding venue called Blackwell Grange. I work for the wedding catering company called galloping gourmet, but I am based full time at Blackwell Grange. Here I am the sous chef where I create the highest quality foods in terms of the flavour and presentation. I also travel to different wedding venues around England where I help out with prep and serving the food for weddings.
