When I completed my chef education, I started working at a 4 star hotel in Poland called ‘Stary tartak’. I started from the bottom of the chef industry and worked here for 3 years. After 2 years here I became sous chef. I started working here in 2007 until 2010.

In 2012 I came to England to work and started working in a restaurant called ‘Hit or Miss’. Here I was a chef de partie and was head of the starters department. I worked here from 2012 until 2013.

In 2014 I started working at a hotel called ‘Ettington Park Hotel’. Here I started head of starters and then after a couple of months I worked in different areas of garnish and sauce. I worked here from 2014 until 2015.

In 2015 I started working at RSC Theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon. Here I was the senior chef de partie where I was head of the sauce department. I also became involved in helping with the starter and desert departments. I worked here from 2015 until 2017.

In 2017 I started working at a wedding venue called Blackwell Grange. I work for the wedding catering company called galloping gourmet, but I am based full time at Blackwell Grange. Here I am the sous chef where I create the highest quality foods in terms of the flavour and presentation. I also travel to different wedding venues around England where I help out with prep and serving the food for weddings.
