• Driving quality in the payroll process, validation of payroll files, checking for completeness and ensuring the timeliness of files processing, reconciliation
• Auditing GL journals and preparing them for upload
• Interacting with payroll providers to process payroll data and ensure the correct and timely pay
• Liaising with employees, client and respective payroll service providers, queries in a timely, efficient and courteous manner
• Performing ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
• Preparing & processing manual payments relating to regular payroll runs and ad hoc as well
• Payroll accounting: provision of data for GL
• Executing required interfaces with established business partners and external bodies

• Answering phones and responding to customer queries
• Correcting and processing financial data
• Communicating appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
• Preparing financial reports and analysis
• Verification and reconciliation of financial accounts
• Follow up the calls of the client with clerical duties which includes faxing, filling up paperwork, doing checks on credit references as well as liaising with other departments
• Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer
