Responsible for the quality, cost and timeliness of all service delivery, on-going business alignment and executive communication and strategic collaboration. Taking care about Service Operations, Software and Hardware Assets Management, Service Design and Solution, BCP/DR, Transition and Change Management, Identify Access Management and Global Access Management. Owning IAM solution.
