For our team in Gdansk in Poland, we are looking for Customer Service Representative with German/Italian or Spanish

In this role, you will provide service excellence to the customers of our Clients. You will basically be the 1st point of contact for company customers; your primary responsibility will assist end users with FAQ and troubleshooting. You will login all information into the system and escalate all open cases to the BO team for immediate follow up actions with LS. As the 1st level agent, you will be responsible for the following channels:
- Inbound and outbound telephony
- E-mails
- Internet Repair Requests
- Chat
- Back office

Requirements:
- fluent level of German/Italian or Spanish (obligatory)
- good level of English
- high communication skills, customer attitude
- energetic and enthusiastic approach to teamwork
- ability to learn new products and services
- knowledge of other languages will be an advantage as well as the call center experience
