Właśnie czytam książkę Grahama Edmondsa 'Bad Language'. Jest to próba rozszyfrowania czegoś co on tak ogólnie można nazwać 'bullshit buziness language'. Gość opisuje w niej masę słów i fraz, które zaciemniają prawdziwą i uczciwą komunikację w biznesie.Spodobała mi się, na przykład, analiza bardzo często używanej frazy 'Competitive advantage':
an oft-used phrase coined by business guru Michael Porter, who identified two types of competitive advantage: 'cost advantage', where the company delivers the same benefits but at lower cost, and 'differentiation', where the benefits delivered exceede those of your competitors. The third advantage unmentioned by Porter is the 'bullshit advantage', where the companies that tell the best and most believable lies are the winners.
